Canada’s newest inspirational training organization dedicated to serving the needs of today’s Step Family

Envisioned by Richard Martin of Southern Alberta eight years ago, Today’s Family Training and its flag ship program The Super Family Intensive is bringing to Step Families a three day high impact learning experience creating awareness and understanding within all levels of what we know today as the Step Family, adopted family/foster and or blended family units.

Those attending will come away with new skill sets that will aid them in handling the  issues that will arise within the dynamics they are or are about to deal with today - understanding the Step Family dynamics. 

There are 30 plus hidden or unforeseen dynamics that arise as divorce happens in a family followed by re-marriage.  When these dynamics are not dealt with or misunderstood by the socials systems we live and work within, the new family unit comes apart and the cycle unfortunately starts all over again.

The biggest loss in this cycle of misunderstanding is the children in Step Family.

Our goals, mission and vision are to bring a new harmony and a new understanding for growth in the Super Family structure with love, awareness and understanding.

We want to implement the social changes needed in today’s support systems that Super Families have to deal with; while being expected to be a normal (bio) family structure.

Today’s Family Training

Starting out under the helpful hands and guidance of Calgary’s own BestUCanB Inc. and working together for one purpose to bring new focus and direction to the new Super Family.

Today’s Family Training was created to help today’s children understand what a good relationship is.

We will do that by first helping today’s parents within their Stepfamily become a stronger working couple in their ever changing dynamically charged lives that they survive in daily.

When it comes time for today’s children to become the models for their children, they will have had a healthier and stronger foundation to build their relationships on and, in turn, pass that on to their children.

To do this, Today’s Family Training will provide workshops, seminars, retreats and on going support systems which provide the best tools possible to those wanting to create a better life for their children.
